“ When we decided to build a new facility, we contracted with a traditional design firm to produce plan drawings. Once completed, several contractors bid to build the facility per the plans. The bids came back a half million dollars over budget. Around this time, I was contacted by Brad Sullivan. He told me he thought the project could be built, using the “Design-Build” method for the budgeted cost. We then contracted with his firm to design and build our new facility. As owners, we fully participated in this process as part of a team. Our facility turned out better than we ever dreamed it would and was completed under budget.”

Brad & Becky Sullivan completed a new construction for WeCan Safety and Environmental Supply Company. We have an existing building for Dillon Environmental Services and were concerned about adding the new business to our existing building. You would never know that this building was an addition. The construction was done in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. Being a Supply Company we wanted it industrial but modern and stylish. We enjoyed the process and are very pleased.
